Nurturing Your Loss & Grief through Colour

Janice and I are really looking forward to welcoming you for a weekend of colourful nurture and nourishment in beautiful Shropshire.

We will be supporting, guiding and empowering you on your grief journey, using colour therapy & psychology through the Colour Mirrors System which invites you to look and feel through the spiritual lens of colour to support you on your grief journey.

Janice is an experienced grief specialist and also a Colour Mirrors Practitioner supporting and empowering souls find joy beyond their grief. I am a Colour Mirrors Teacher and Practitioner and support, guide and empower women and mothers through sudden trauma and loss and anything along their mothering journey or their relationship with their mother. Between us we have many years of experience to ensure you are safely held.

We are both advanced EFT and Matrix Reimprinting Practitioners along with many other energy techniques which we will bring to the workshop with much kindness, compassion, knowledge and wisdom to support you at all times.

It will be a small intimate group of souls to share the experience together, very experiential with the Pearls of Wisdom and Rose Gold bottles and essences providing insights and new perspectives on your soul’s journey and gentle but powerful healing. Guided colour exercises and meditations, journaling, creative art, colour and crystal grids, oracle card readings and creating your own altar.

It will be a sacred space to allow you to explore, feel and express your emotions in a safe, supportive, compassionate held space.
