How I Work

how i work

The first step is to book a free 30 minute call with me to chat about how best I can support you and what it is you are wishing to achieve.

You can tell me where you are and how you are feeling and what is going on in your life on your mothering journey, whether as a mother or your relationship with your mother. I will explain how I work in the 121 sessions which are bespoke to you using a combination of all of my modalities that we both feel is right for you in the moment.

Or it may be that you are wishing to learn more and sign up for a Colour Course or a Soul Reading or a bit unsure of what is your best starting point.


So having a chat with me we can easily find out what is best for you!

‘I was privileged enough to have a Heal Your Birth experience with Lisa. Lisa is an incredible Birth Mother. After establishing the full background of my family situation and history, Lisa gently led me into a going back into pre-birth, fully supporting me all the way with her reassurance, essences, questioning, and total love and care. My pre-birth self could then fully express all that they were feeling at that time, which was so healing, and something I had never thought about before. It enabled me to get in touch with that aspect of myself, and to re-frame it all in a positive and powerful way.
